Assert that a Set has exactly the expected size, with type narrowing.

## Usage

```ts
import { assertSetSize } from "@kensio/smartass";

const value: unknown = new Set(["admin"]);

assertSetSize(value, 1);

// value is now narrowed to a Set with exactly 1 element
```
